Manbird would appreciate this one.
A nice snatch and grab of a running squirrel by our local Red Tail in the cemetery. Flew right up into the large oak. Couldn't get the camera out fast enough to get the shot before he flew off.

Guess I did learn something today. It is unussual that I've seen one this early though. I'm use to seeing them in March around here, but I'll take whatever nature can throw at me for a little Spring action.

robins don't really migrate. well, they do sort of. but they don't go far, what you are seeing are robins from a little further north. keep an eye on evergreen treetops, you'll see lots of them up there, especially at roosting time. Facts about Robin Migration

If you are on the roads and you aren't a hospital, snow plow operator or EMS worker your car should be picked with a Skycrane and dropped into The Pit of Hell.
