"Fast" "Run" and "Mile" are not words I ever use about myself all in one sentence.

However, watching guys run in speedos could be quite entertaining.

Run?  nah.  But the "walkathon pace" is 15min/mile.  Pretty brisk, yet sustainable.

Not today though.  Back still out.  Lousy timing with all this turkey and gravy I need to jiggle off my bod somehow.
