A new single day record illegal border crossings was set last week.  11,000.

It is a well known fact that the cartels that control our southern border get $10,000 per person to cross the border.

11,000 X $10,000 =  $110,000,000 in a single day.

For perspective, about $3 Billion per month or $36 Billion per year, charging admission to our country.

And all the fentanyl that kills 100,000 Americans per year.

Mayor Adams of NYC is whining about 100,000 illegals and the $12 Billion they are going to cost the city.  ????

Biden has let in almost 6 million since his inauguration and Adams is complaining about the burden of  only 100,000 ?

He and other democrats have made their cities and states Sanctuaries.  Now they are all bitching when people take them up on their offer and show up.

Haven't all you open border people been saying that they will contribute to this country and not cost us anything ?

And Joe, worthless, sleepy, crooked Joe, doing nothing other than putting Kamala in charge of the border and now making Kamala the GUN CZAR to stop gun violence in this country.

And Joe is blaming all of this on Trump and you all believe Joe.

And still y'all have no buyer's remorse and are still wanting to give this guy another 4 years just to keep a republican, any republican, out of the WH.

You people are nucking futz and must truly hate this country.

Biden secretly has let 221,456 migrants fly into the US in past year

Illegal migrants aren’t just overwhelming the border — President Biden is flying them secretly to airports around the country.
...

For this measure, Cubans, Venezuelans, Nicaraguans, Haitians and Colombians request “advance travel authorizations” through the same CBP One mobile app and take commercial flights (“at their own expense”) directly into US airports, where US Customs officers parole them into the nation, sight unseen, and in numbers publicly unknown.

Biden officials have rarely, if ever, spoken of this flight program in the year since implementing it, perhaps mindful of the political outcry over the late-night “ghost flights” that DHS stealthily arranges to ferry migrant children into various airports.

But records show that between late October 2022 and mid-September 2023, the administration approved a total of 221,456 Venezuelans, Haitians, Cubans and Nicaraguans for “travel mode: air.”

The Biden administration did not release the numbers of Colombians or Ukrainians approved to use the direct-flight parole program, meaning the number is even higher.

And recently, the administration added Hondurans, El Salvadorans and Guatemalans to the direct-flight program.

CBP has redacted and withheld the locations of the 43 interior ports of entry that have been utilized by this direct-flight program, claiming its release would harm law-enforcement techniques or procedures.

The administration has proven reluctant to provide any meaningful data about its vaunted CBP One-based border strategy, which allows mass parole of inadmissible aliens who would otherwise cross illegally.

there are sensible recommendations out there, niskanen has some pretty good ideas that could be implemented right now
it seems foolish politicians who are primarily concerned with getting re-elected are looking at polling for guidance
meanwhile humans that are stuck with shitty governments and silly systems see leaving as the desired solution

just streamline the process
maybe check them for criminal records, diseases, vaccinate if needed, give them social security number and offer english language programs
it shouldn't be difficult to improve the current system

gotta get back to work now

WASHINGTON — The Oval Office meeting this past March began, as so many had, with President Trump fuming about migrants. But this time he had a solution. As White House advisers listened astonished, he ordered them to shut down the entire 2,000-mile border with Mexico — by noon the next day.

The advisers feared the president’s edict would trap American tourists in Mexico, strand children at schools on both sides of the border and create an economic meltdown in two countries. Yet they also knew how much the president’s zeal to stop immigration had sent him lurching for solutions, one more extreme than the next.

Trump denies considering a border moat.>

Privately, the president had often talked about fortifying a border wall with a water-filled trench, stocked with snakes or alligators, prompting aides to seek a cost estimate. He wanted the wall electrified, with spikes on top that could pierce human flesh. After publicly suggesting that soldiers shoot migrants if they threw rocks, the president backed off when his staff told him that was illegal. But later in a meeting, aides recalled, he suggested that they shoot migrants in the legs to slow them down. That’s not allowed either, they told him.

Perhaps an idea whose time has come.  Only make a fleet of radio controlled fakes to go irregularly cruising up and down the river at strategic points.  And say maybe once a week stage a fake attack complete with a dummy and red dye to enhance the event.

I can hear the stories of  ¡No way, José.  Those crazy gringos finally did it and put alligators in the river !  Don't know until you try.

We just had a single day crossing record of 10,000 !  And Biden, et al. still says the, "border is secure".

I won't try to build her up, since I don't know much about her. Similarly, didn't know much about Cheney, Quayle, Mondale, Rockefeller, Pence, or the other VPs that weren't thrown into the big chair for whatever reason. You want scary? I'll give you scary:

Out of Touch Trump Believes You Need Voter ID to Purchase Bread

He made this mistake in 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021 and August 2023. Check out the videos embedded in the article.

BUT WAIT, THERE'S MORE:

Again, enjoy the embedded video of Stumble Drumpf:

Trump: We’re Leading Obama in the Polls by a Lot

While the media continues to obsess over President Joe Biden's age, Donald Trump is displaying signs of diminished cognitive ability. During his speech at the Family Research Council’s Pray Vote Stand Summit in Washington, D.C., Trump boasted that, despite his arrest, he's "leading by a lot, including Obama." He then attempted to cover his stumble by coming close to suggesting that he ran against Obama in the 2016 election, pausing for a moment before eventually recalling that he ran against Hillary Clinton.Trump: As you know, crooked Joe Biden and the radical left thugs who have weaponized law enforcement to arrest their leading political opponent and leading by a lot, including Obam— I'll tell you what. You take a look at Obama and take a look at some of the things he's done, this is the same thing. The country was very divided. And we did it with Obama. We won an election that everyone said couldn't be won. We beat… Hillary Clinton.

These remarks came from the same speech where Trump claimed President Biden is "cognitively impaired" and leading the country into World War II.

YES, TRUMP SAID THAT BIDEN IS GOING TO LEAD US INTO WWII. WATCH THE VIDEO IN THE ARTICLE. The piece also has other videos of past Trump speeches in which he says that the "1917 pandemic" ended WWII and that American soldiers gained control of airports during the Revolutionary War

And Kurt, could you help Donnie get some glasses? He's struggling to read the teleprompter.

Visibly Addled Donald Trump Accuses Biden of Starting World War 2
Trump short-circuited during a rally while claiming Biden is “cognitively impaired” and said Biden was leading us into World War... 2.

Donald Trump continues to show signs of serious cognitive impairment during his public appearances. There is a growing concern about his ability to put together basic sentences or present coherent thoughts.

For instance, in his latest speech, Donald Trump accused President Joe Biden of leading America into World War II. Trump, who is known for projecting his own issues onto his political adversaries, made the claim about President Biden starting World War II as he was attempting to criticize President Biden’s mental acuity.
