I think it's the same place and used to be known by that name. The original founder of the park was the guy who "invented" Tiger Balm.

Scraping this section...up high...in the tar...stripper dripping chemicals that burn your skin...no fresh air... You have to stand on the top rail of the scaffolding, put a foot or knee on the shingles and scrape reaching wayyy forward or way above your head. I'm sore as hell, today.
