Heard Hall & Oates' "I Can't Go For That" in the grocery today.....and remembered what a nice little groove it had. I always did like that song.
And...(on my iPod right now) "Party at Ground Zero" by Fishbone. What a great, crazy ska band. I'm glad I got to see them last year....25 years late is better than never.
"Party at Ground Zero Every movie staring you And the world will turn to flowing Pink Vapor Stew"
I was listening to KROQ-FM L.A., during this time of my life, when these guys came on the station for an interview. I think Jed the Fish was the DJ and he asked them what the heck was "Pink Vapor Stew"? They told him... Vodka and Pepto Bismol!

WUSC still plays a station ID promo made by Fishbone as well as a very young Flaming Lips over 25 years ago, pretty wild huh?

Then again, I have a playlist called "never played" that dredges up stuff that surprises the heck outta me. Because usually I put on albums I know or am thinking of or I put it on shuffle for a few hours and get like .05% of the collection played... A lot of stuff will never see the light of day at that rate.
I have "Count Zero" that's nothing but songs that have a playcount of zero...
I wish everything could fit on my iPod. Eventually, I'll make special playlists like that. But as it is, it only synced about 2/3 of what I put on iTunes. (I use iTunes for the things I only want on my iPod - everything else is in private files) What would we DO without music?
My "Least Played" playlist is limited to 30GB so after all the other crap loads up, that one fills the rest of the space...
Next time I hook it up, it reloads from the new least played tracks.

Oh man, ever since I reorganized my iPod, putting only the best of the best songs in my collection - I'm lovin' it!!!!
