That's what everyone told me, when Ceili had a small, thin ribbon coming out of her butt. (And Ceili NEVER eats stupid things that are bad for her, so I don't understand what went wrong there...) It came all the way out, but everyone urged me to go get her checked out, in case remnants were still blocking stuff.

Turns out she was fine. But I had peace of mind.
