Anything other than what I did would sure take up at least an hour, altho I'd say in half an hour I could generate something passable. Simple like a Corel clipart image, but okay, barely. I'd be more likely to spend all day on it and have it look enough like the original that they decide to just use that.

I LOVE it.  Even if Illustrator irritates me so much.

Done. 8 Minutes including launching photoshop, illustrator and Fetch. I'd probably delete the type and re-type it, but if they wanted this done so they can colorize it or something, it's otherwise good enough to print. A higher resolution original would be nice, especially if it's going to go on a poster or something that'll be scrutinized. You could also tighten up the tolerance a bit more but that's something you need to consider the end use to justify...
