I have them as a PPO.  I haven't had good experiences with any HMO.

Don't know what your experience with Aetna is, but they are my health insurer and have been the best I have ever had.  They have gone above and beyond the normal.  Their service has been great and they have even helped us find funding for copays and support organizations.  Of course this is in Ohio, not Texas.  Hope they are as good to you as they have been to me.  Then again, I hope you never need them.
