Heard a live version of this song a few weeks ago and it's still buzzing around my brain! It's time you played it again or one of LP's other fantastic tracks - How about "Other People"?
I saw her last year when she opened for Bryan Ferry, she put on a great show.
I gotta bump that one. Her passion and singing flew by me on a previous listen. A cut above the genre. 5 > 7.
I just watched a live version of this and she's phenomenal!

I was thinking Gwen Stephani as well, so the your speakers and ear lice aren't entirely to blame. Though maybe I should check for ear lice.

This is a KT Tunstall soundalike.
That's who I thought this was.
Not as good. And it's a standard pop tune, and not up to RP standards. I half expect Shakira to be next.
