Was it you that sat up at the back door when you thought I wasn't home?
Could you leave me here in the countries dawdling all alone?

Oh oh oh oh Wo oh oh Wo oh oh oh

Right away came searching in the shadows all the places where we've been.
The walls aren't giving any answers and the silence never ends.

Oh oh oh oh Wo oh oh Wo oh oh oh

So leave me with dreams that haunt me.
These tears taste so melancholic sweet.
Here in the darkest hour I find you.
Even after everything is gone.

I remember everything you taught me like the faintest scent in June
How the live-x always seemed to follow when you walked to a room

Wo oh oh oh Wo oh oh Wo oh oh oh

So leave me with dreams that haunt me.
These tears taste so melancholic sweet.
Here in the darkest hour I find you.
Even after everything is gone.

Wo oh oh oh Wo oh oh Wo oh oh oh

So leave me with dreams that haunt me.
These tears taste so melancholic sweet.
Here in the darkest hour I find you.
When it seems you're lost, you're there to guide me through.
If any unaware is nigh yes it's found
Even after everything is gone
Even after everything is gone

Nervous noise kills joy.

Internet. . .

Is that still on?
Nice little tune
Wow, strong.

I just find the sound of a banjo to be grating most of the time; this is no exception.

The possible exception is pre-Hotel California Eagles, featuring Bernie Leadon.

Taj Mahal tears a banjo up.....

Someone needs to learn how to play the banjo...  All these Mumford clones (and Mumford themselves) are using a banjo, and none of them have any idea how to actually play it.  This song sucks just as bad as the other Mumford crap.

Get over yourself.  Its a fun song, and its a shame your ideas of proper banjo technique ruin your enjoyment.
Those drums sound like a rock legend - I'll definitely go for a relisten.

I disagree.  Regardless of their technical virtuosity, its a good song.  They took what ability they have and put a song together that got played on a station.  Countless thousands cannot say the same.
Mumford crap? ……sacrilege…… very popular this side of the big water.

Good for Joy!

Nice song for all that, mind :)

Repeating your comments I see.

I did like the Wacky Races when I was a kid.

I'm going to see if the ol' internet has any more of their music.

Edit:
They appear to have quite a range, this Boston band.

Nice vocals. I like the instrumental energy in the background juxtaposed to their stretched lyrics.

I would love to hear more from them.
Another band lifting on the succes of the folkhypemusic. Nothing special.
