You are the avalanche
One world away
My make believing
While I'm wide awake

Just a trick of light
To bring me back around again
Those wild eyes
A psychedelic silhouette

I never meant to fall for you but I
Was buried underneath and
All that I could see was white
My salvation
My, my
My salvation
My, my

You are the snowstorm
I'm purified
The darkest fairytale
In the dead of night

Let the band play out
As I'm making my way home again
Glorious we transcend
Into a psychedelic silhouette

I never meant to fall for you but I
Was buried underneath and
All that I could see was white
My salvation
My, my
My salvation
My, my
My salvation
My, my
My salvation
My, my

My salvation
My, my
My salvation
My, my
My salvation
My, my
My salvation
My, my

First time hearing her, or even of her.

Thank you, Bill & Rebecca, for yet again introducing me to new (to me) music.

A definite 8...

Yes - could have toned down or gotten rid of most of the orchestral arrangement, and made it more effective. A little overblown at the end. Still lovely though overall.

Ah, I like that bit - I do like a song with some dynamic movement.
Simply beautiful - 8

Agreed, I'm going to blame the producer for the embellishment.
Not for me, but I do appreciate the variety.
Did I hear the phrase "psychedelic silhouette" ? If so, spare me...

That's a bit harsh, its nowhere near that bad!

Exact right comment for this: meh!
Never ending for me.  Meh.

nice piano work...  interesting lyrics and melody...  but gets noisy with the orchestra...  hmmmm...

Vulnerable and sweet. Period. Liking the album art too.
Odd. Something about this intrigues me. While I'm not looking forward to hearing it again, I would like to hear what else the artist has to offer.
A bit..."Celine Dion" isn't it?
