Are you logged in? I don´t think the padlock has anything to do with the ability to rate the song. When the padlock is green, the whole webpage updates when a new song starts. When unlocked, the webpage stays on the song you are reading about...

Gypsy Tailwind had a locked padlock i\on the right side of the frame. When I clicked on the frame, the padlock turned green. Never saw that before. It didn't allow me to rate the song. Any idea what that is all about? I wanted to "like"the song for my playlist.

I've found that RP has an influence on Amazon 
as soon as this started to be played here, I put the album on my wishlist 
Next time I heard it, I decided I liked it enough to take a chance on the album went to order
and Amazon was sold out, and has been ever since.
Several other albums have done the same.
Have to be quicker on the "Add to Cart" button

The band took its name from a line in "Acadian Driftwood" by The Band:

Acadian driftwood, gypsy tail wind
They call my home the land of snow...

"Acadian Driftwood" is about the Acadians, French-speaking settlers who were forced out of Canada after the French & Indian War and moved to Louisiana—where they eventually became known as "Cajuns."  "Acadia" as a geographic term refers to the area from eastern Quebec and Maine all the way up to Prince Edward Island. 

Appropriately enough, Gypsy Tailwind is from Acadia—Maine, to be exact.
