The more I hear this, the more I like it!  Thanx RP!

Another useless, anglo- centric comment. Shame. You know there is always a top 40 station that could suit your limited musical taste.

This artist is from Detroit. Certainly pretty amero-centric! Great tune even if he is from the US.

Bari Luys!  (good morning in Armenian)

"Tearing down the brick and mortar of diversity raises global awareness of human similarities and brings us all closer together."

EXCELLENT!! ! I never heard of him before. That is why we come here.  Thanx RP!

wow what an excellent jam! would like to see that live.

Sean is based in Detroit - he is often featured with various group configurations and in local festivals. Very talented and seems genuinely supportive of other musicians.
Outstanding ditty! A good test for your stereo system as it's a spacious sound with actual analog deep bass.

So good it made me tinkle a little bit.
New to me but I like it. Thanks RP.
Sounds a bit like John Berberian. That's a good thing!
I'm really digging this!!
I listened to this and was thinking of Scheherezade, and the next tune was Arabian Heights...funny.
wow what an excellent jam! would like to see that live.
I'm with umi4paradise. Let's hear Stairway to Heaven again!
I enjoy Middle Eastern  sounding  music like this piece..
Any Detroit friends know if this guy played with or was associated with the Immigrant Sons

First time to hear this piece and artist.  Very nice.  Strong 7, for me.

One of the reasons I love Radio Paradise, and will continue to be a subscriber, is that Bill introduces me to music that I never, ever heard before.  I don't love all of his choices, but I am so glad that he doesn't appear  willing to pander to the populist view of what constitutes great music.  My personal playlist has been expanded exponentially since I began listening to RP, and I look forward to many more years of, "Who is this?" and "Where did you get this?" from fellow AA members that I take to meetings.

Yay! Love hearing my fellow Detroiter on RP. Sean is a beautiful person and artist. So happy my beloved RP appreciates his music too!
If Sean Blackman don trust u, we gon shoot u
Love this.  It's sort of like classical Indian meets klezmer.
Another great gift I would never have known with RP!
Sounds like Kaleidoscope's Seven Ate Sweet.
Nice track! I really like the Oud, upright bass, and the percussion.... great groove going on here! I have never heard of Sean Blackman but will definitely check out more of their music :)

I think for this kind of song. Ill Pay PAL {#Music}
...Rp most defenetly
strangely hypnotic if you want to be hypnotised. If you don't gets a little irritating
Much like one of my all time favorite musicians, John Berberian.
C'est parfait !!! Encore !!!
Liked at first, but then too repetitive for me. Move on, Sean!

Love this comment, exactly how I'm feeling!

I liked this a lot - it was a great surprise.

I like the tune, and since today I have a bad case of vertigo this music perfectly complements how my head feels.  {#Flamed}

Same here.. Just doesn't seem to work for me. Something with that repetitive instrumentals :/ shame, I generally like the oriental style ..
Does little for me....
I like it fine but there's got to be another song worth playing. This one's burned out.

Great groove - very nice work!
Damn, this is groovy and awesome. Digging the bass and the picked guitar(?)

Talaban Black is the new Lebanese Blond. . . Just saying
I keep waiting for the song to evolve into "Caravan". Which could be cool.

This is great. Yerazner means "dreams" in Armenian. Is that a duduk I hear?

I'm liking this.  Wasn't going to when it started.

This is a truckload of musical instruments falling down stairs. Too much LSD? Who pays for the repair of my stereo now?

Totally not for me.

Very nice.  Would like to hear from anyone that is familiar with the full album - is it worthwhile as a whole?
Central Asian theme perpetuum: The mountain up front is huge, my mule is tiny...be bop la la la )) refrain to infinity
I'll be checking this one out through properly

First couple of minutes are nice, but then it seems to keep going and going...

doin nothin for me.  but, this is why i listen to this station.  i have a whole slew of songs and bands i didn't think much of at first.  bill has turned me on to so many new songs and bands over the past decade.  however, i don't think this is going to be one of them.

I absolutely dig this track. When I hear this, and I don't look out of the window, I can easily imagine a bazaar outside, or a sand dune, or a camel staring back at me...

Yes, and if it were 4 minutes long I'd rate it "6". The 8 minute version get a "1" because I have to mute it around the 7 minute mark or my brain starts to bleed. Very few RP-songs do that to me. Very few indeed.
I feel the need for... for.... for... something... mind expanding/altering... this is a good start.
Ooooh, i remember{#Ask}, a little bit like sarabande from jon lord
I think this would be great live. You'd be looking all over the stage.
Hah Zorba the Greek was on 4 songs ago. After that I left to watch that corresponding scene in Lock Stock and Two Smoking Barrels. Came back and this song came on. Made a great segue.
I love duduk; no wait, that's clarinet. Even better.
