Happy song!   GREAT TUNE!!
Also used as the intro music for 'The Round Britain Quiz' on BBC R4, possibly one of the hardest quizes ever devised!!
The Penguin Cafe Orchestr gives you wiiii-iings
This goes from 7 to 8 for me today.  It strikes my mood just right
great classic chord progressions, blues bass lines and variation hooks. Nice little pick me up in an August heat wave up here on the west coast.
Used as the theme tune of Round Britain Quiz on BBC Radio 4.  Never realised it was actually a piece of 'real' music!
Fresh and different!  Thanks

This sounds like circus music.

Keep playing this, Bill. The variety is wonderfully refreshing, and that's what RP is all about.
I agree 100% about variety being the lifeblood of RP... but quality has to enter into the picture, too!
ONe MOre TIIIME! Ugh.
Sounds like it's time to feed the chickens.
Meh.
Rockin' cello! BTW - is this Tux's GNU/Linux house band?
Keep playing this, Bill. The variety is wonderfully refreshing, and that's what RP is all about.

I see that 3 people in the band have logged in to give this a 10.
That's really funny.

Makes me think of the music they play at the movies to get you to go to the concession counter for popcorn and Milk Duds.
Amen.
I like it. Sort of odd, kind of poppy, pretty silly. Remind you of anyone? c.

Wow, two PCOs in one day! I love them.
Any cafe that has its own orchestra is way more fun than the corner Starbucks.
Makes me think of the roaring 20's....can't quite cotton to the penguin heads though
this is still being played? frisbee!

Painful
My God! What have we done to be subjected to such mediocrity?! I've uploaded a number of decent songs which our gracious hosts immediately panned, but I didn't complain. Hey, different strokes and all that. But then they play this...?? I'd rather get a root canal than listen to any more of this.
vondeful, vondeful.......... I wrote the above when the song first started, may I have a retraction of the above statement? boogie down..........
Now this is a pretty cool little tune. I like.
Good. Funny.
What a busy little ditty.
30 seconds of this song would have been sufficient. Happy but way too repetitive!
I like this song. It does sound like the theme song from some cheezy game show or something, but hearing it always cheers me up.
a solid 2

I love the trombones; it reminds me of when my son was in the band.

Wow. This get more annoying as it goes along. Someone please stop it.
I've always wondered what penguins wear under their tuxedos!
I have always liked Penguin Cafe Orchestra. This is a very different type of song for them, but I like it a lot. Thanks for playing it.
