I worked on a Hip-Hop Dance show in the 90s.  The Composer/DJ/Arranger/track creator, took this piece and looped elements of it backwards.  The number was a pop/lock number and the altered beats and rhythms worked well.  "Moments in Motion" was the name of the piece.  "Jam on the Groove" was the show name featuring a bunch of OG B-boys like Mr. Wiggles, Fable, Crazy Legs, Ken Swift and Adesola Assakaluni.  Featured DJ Scribbles and DJ Slinky as our touring DJs

Fond Memories.
In pretty sure they’re not skips - it’s part of the art

The Art of Aural  Sclerosis; not for me.
Nostalgic song, happy to listen to it again!
The Midas touch of Trevor Horn.
Please, play it again! It's different. Not only for sex and philosophers.

nice song but tooooooooooooooo long
STOP! PLEASE!
great music to make sex along

I'm glad it lasted a long time - I got a lot of thoughts thunk during that trippy trance. More of this, please!
thunk?
Ok so the 80s weren't all that good. This should have stayed in the vault.
Is anyone else wondering when this is going to end. Over and over and over and over and over and over and over............ Same three notes! Ok, and a smalllllll fourth.
Pleasant, but undistinguished. Well, except for the fact that the local smooth jazz station plays this repeatedly.

yeah, probably needs to be re-ripped. cool tune, though...brings back memories of one of my mix tapes back in the day that was frequently used for setting the right mood.

Isn't there an urban/musical myth about Led Zeppelin 'getting stuck' in a rendition of Cashmere? Went on, I hear for thirty minutes.
Ah, of course -- Art of Noise! For a minute or two I thought it was the soundtrack to a Hayao Miyazaki anime ....

I just heard "Ryuichi Sakamoto - Merry Christmas Mr. Lawrence" on RP (click here), which seems to be the source of the melody for "Moments in love".
Good call! I like both tunes.
OK OK I get it. JESUS!!
Mmmmm, tasty.
Mrfl. I much prefer their later remix.
Hearing this for the second time, I still think this is really cool and atmospheric. And dated isn't always bad - only if you have an aversion to a particular era. Maybe fewer people can relate, but that doesn't make the music inherently bad.
Too many skips and too long

I agree with you, but it brings back some great memories for me. I remember how he (Trevor) blew me away the first time I heard him. I think it's still a decent groove, though I am in the minority, apparently. Guess I'm sentimental.
This would be much better if it were much shorter. It really drug on near the end and was getting on my nerves.
;D Oscar
Cool, ambient piece. Never heard it before, at least never rated. 8.
WTF?
I just heard "Ryuichi Sakamoto - Merry Christmas Mr. Lawrence" on RP (click here), which seems to be the source of the melody for "Moments in love".
first half of the song is a masterpiece, enough so that the track still gets a 9/10 even with that weirdness towards the end.

Got extremely tired of this, waiting for it to end. Switched to KCDX.
They are not everyones cup of tea but I can handle this once in a while. I solid 6 IMHO.
banal shite
woo hoo, I get 3rd post :) I had the Innocence? Nonsense! album featuring this song...not for everyone...but good background music, imho - well composed, and not overproduced, even for a studio band
WOW. i haven't heard this in forever... what a mesmerizing track...
Well done Band3! Great song! Great band!
