Funny, because this album (AWWTM) is generally considered their worst, or at least one of their worst, and Embryonic is considered one of their best. This is probably the only Flaming Lips album I won't bother to even listen to again.

I seem to recall having more than a passing interest in Yoshimi's battle with the pink robots and I have to say a little flaming lip here and there never did anyone any harm
I've heard a few of their songs that I really like. This one is OK. I saw them in Denver about 6 or 7 years ago and I ended up walking out. They had about 10 people in fuzzy animal costumes on stage dancing while they were playing and it was really weird. Liz Phair opened up and it was her we went to see anyhow. Oh well.

The Flaming Lips are in their own little world. It's hard for me to believe that they intentionally ripped anyone off.
