(oh no) Oh lately it's so quiet in this place
You're not 'round every corner
(oh no) Oh lately it's so quiet in this place
So darling, if you're not here haunting me
I'm wondering...

Whose house are you haunting tonight?
Whose sheets you twist,
Whose face you kiss?
Whose house are you haunting tonight?

I don't think much about you anymore
You're not on every whisper
I don't think much about you
But if you're not lurking behind every curtain
I'm wondering...

Whose house are you haunting tonight?
Whose name you hiss,
Who's clenching fists?
Whose house, are you haunting tonight?

Now whose house are you haunting tonight?
Who can't resist,
Who's cryin?
Whose house are you haunting tonight?
Whose name you hiss,
Whose sheets you twist?
Whose house are you haunting tonight? (oh no)

The vocals grate a tad.

Wow, these guys dropped off the face of the planet. Guess they need to get back to making cool videos.
great lyrics. I like these guys/this song.
I feel this way about an ex boyfriend or two. Sigh.
lately way too quiet

My sentiments exactly, just bumped to 8 for me. I'm haunting the rating system haus...
I've heard this song a dozen times on the album, but hearing it now by itself outside the context of the louder songs there, I appreciate it a lot more. Reminds me of Spoon, like someone below notes.
For a pop band these guys have concise and perfect lyrics.

I would say Lenny Kravitz.
Meh. Get's a 3 from me.
Oh quiet, I so lately love this song.

I'd have to go for Ween.
There's a lot of 80s retro that's been injected into rock music in the last couple of years, but this is quite unique. Usually it's the Franz Ferdinand/Killer new wave throwbacks, but this Steely Dan-ish sound is interesting. A really intriguing choice for a band like OK Go.
Their funny clips are not let down by crappy music. I'd say "ok to go!" :)
unbridled kickassery, plain and simple
way too overplayed...on my iPod!!!
Prince on Valium?
There's an image online of OkGo's grammy outfit. The suits match the funky paisley on the album cover, and they had furry masks on too. Different is good.

Is this a cover? Bjork? Or am I crazy?
Man, if you don't know then your in another world I really like these guys, the more I hear all thier songs. "Oh lately its so quiet" Dedicated to......(read my lips)
This grows on ya, doesn't it?
Who's house? Run's house! (couldn't resist)
with every song I hear from them I like them more! Just watch their videos and you will love them
what a fun song - 8
OK, they went!
Meh. This song's not bad--lead vocals are a bit squeaky. They seem like fun guys, and that video was great, but will this band have real staying power? -mt-

Close! Bjork's tune is called "It's Oh So Quiet". But you might still be crazy, for reasons unknown to me
Great cd.
8.
Such a great song... first caught my attention here. I downloaded from itunes and played it for several friends. They all love it! One even adapted it for the piano and plays it as a cover with her band.
Is this a cover? Bjork? Or am I crazy?
not bad not bad
I LOVE this song... especially the "oh no"s in the background. Makes me smile every time!
i have a soft spot for Ok Go, and i like their sound, but i had an ex who was mad for them. So hearing them again for the first time in over 3 years is good, but also bad, just rather confusing. This one especially, given the personal connection and the lyrics. Essentially, good fun tunes from ok go, but please stop playing them!
kind of an 80's sound but still good.
VERY weak. P.U.!!

Since my last comment on this song, I got the CD as well, and I absolutely love it. I shared it with one of my students, and he said something about it that I found interesting. Their music sounds familiar without sounding exactly like something else out there. I tend to agree.
how am I going to rate the song if I can't hear it??
(Better to say nothing than say what I think of this song. Sorry to those who like it.)
Catchy!
Cute chorus.
RP plays the best songs off Oh No. Very smooth with good beat and mellow voice. Some of the others are so way over the top that I'm vaguely embarrassed to own it. And, really, must they look so goofy?!

Nice tune. I'm liking them more and more. Thanks for playing them.

These guys are coming to Boston soon....worth a $17 ticket or no? Advice?
Could be a chance to see them in an intimate setting before they need a stadium. You're making me wish I lived a little closer to the city!
I'd go for that price. I've been into these guys for a while and I really like their style. Zweiblumen wrote:

It sounds like Jimmy Fallon
This is f-ing great!
every time I hear a song by OK Go I stop what I am doing to see who it is...and it's OK Go. I take this as a good sign.
Hey, I think that might be Prince.
