Hold on...I had just taken my headphones off and put on the speakers. Can you rewind that?
It's me on groovy psd
12 years since the last comment? Wow. I’m hearing this for the first time on the Eclectic mix. A chill, meditative tune.

tedious, trite and not clever. Why is this crap still getting airtime?
lokiwolf = no location, no occupation, no interests, no birthday, no sign of Zodiak, no sign of Chinese Zodiak, no gender...and almost nothing but negative comments. (get a life)

I feel the same way about it. I understand what they're trying to do with it, but it just makes my brain feel unpleasant.
Unpleasant brain!
...liking these guys more all the time - Thanks Bill.

Should Bill stop playing it, just because you gave it a 1... ? There might be others who like it, don't you think?
Yeah, like me..... Keep it going, Bill!
I like this. It reminds me of Bill Nelson's work.
thw guy talking at the beginning is the same bloke on Lemon Jelly. In fact are these guys Lemon Jelly on a really off day?

This, then...
It's just a little to sleepy for the middle of the day at work. I just found myself zoning out to it.
Obviously NOT jazz lovers. That beat is scrumptious, and the player has chops! SinBlossom wrote:

music to hold by.
hmmm, I thought this was Lemon Jelly
A pleasant alternative to front door chimes. Well, chimes have some use. There should be a deep scratch in the uploaded vinyl at it sounds like spinning around on the same track.
This one is going to be a hit, assuming they put it in a time machine headed for 1953. Otherwise..."stereophonic sculpture"? Groovy, Daddio.
Nice, but too mellow and sleepy for this rainy day. Time for some Joltin' Java!!
These guys are cool :) Not cool as in hip (although they might be) but cool as in, neat, sort of downtempo, suave, relaxed, ambient.

This is crummy - a nasty feeling from this one. Others seem to really like it. Weird.

Yet another CD bought from Amazon via RP. Heard it first here (like so much else in my collection). Great CD!

I listen to SOMA FM's "Groove Salad" web radio program (shout out to Big Url) whenever I'm in the mood for some lite electronic stuff. This is the kinda thing ya hear. Me likes.
I like that program too! (only when I am in the mood for something diff. RP's my main tune supplier,)
Got the Konfusion album here, any requests for upload?

And who are we to ask?
I'm trying to drown out my office mate's cheese-metal. This song is doing nicely.

Poland, baby!

It's your brain on drugs.
Cool Baby...
Man, this set on a full stomach right after lunch and it's nap time!!!!!

Excellent follow to Zero 7. Works with the malbec, that's for sure.

found one on bt.etree.org. this track's not half bad. i'm still perplexed though, as to why there's still not a single Tortoise song on RP.
Do you have one you can upload?

Yes, the recorded spoken bits reminded me of Nelson...

Not for me. Or do you mean we should upload?
Tubular Bells anybody?

Particular parts of the track remind me of a recent gig pairing Lanois and Tortoise. Absolutely one of the most original gigs I've seen in awhile, and one of the most organic pairings I've heard in ages. Anyone out there have any recordings of these two?

I Agree

Why do they make such a big fuss about it being in stereo?
Because its "sound sculpture in space" which would make it necessary to be in stereo. Excellent sculpture by the way!
Why do they make such a big fuss about it being in stereo?
without drums it sounds like brian eno
So they totally nailed the "I'm floating through space" feel here, huh? I dig it for it's 3 minute vacation qualities!
Nice for a rainy Sunday
Something about it sounds like a Seventies movie score - not sure what, exactly. Still, I like it.

Yeah baby! This kind of surprise is one of my favorite things about RP.
Very Cool! Sounds like DoMakeSayThink meets the Ultra Milkmaids!

Damn, already a 10 !!!! Check out the user comments at Amazon.com I'm placing my order now! Edit: This is the best track on the CD The other tracks are more drum heavy, this song is excellently balanced, with lots of spacey trippy sounds... I love this song...
ME TOO!
Love this eclectic mind expanding stuff I have never heard.
This is OK, but it doesn't appeal to me anywhere near as profoundly as the Zero 7 just played. "Give It Away" Wow! Who needs drugs??

Good point; you're right. If it were in Polish, it would be. They're obviously reaching out to a broader audience by using English spelling.
I was just being cute--it's a little scary ("skary?") to realize that what I thought was a small weak joke was actually the correct Polish spelling! Thanks for the information.

Shouldn't it be "Skulpture?"

Sounds like LemonJelly to me, and that is fruity and fine. It's almost as if that last comment came from melon man.
Homeys!
Oh yeah. This is a sweet groove. Like Hearts of Space with a Starbucks Double Espresso Extra Shot.
More Please.

Very nice...smooth groove...great for late night... The little vocal tag on the end made it sound like Bill Nelson's work.
Second hearing. Needed the volume up to appreciate the detail. It's good.
less vibrato, more cowbell!
Super!!!
AWESOME!
