Hachan, tiran, rompen, sacan, ponen y hacen ruido

Veo, oigo, huelo, toco, siento, pienso.

I've had an idea kicking around for a while.
How is it possible that progress is so violent?
A flower, a tree, a scent, the birds
These are values that are being lost little by little.

They hack, throw, break, take out, put in and make noise
angering us with their senseless projects
They demolished the block next to the plaza
to make a shopping center so big and fat

Every man for himself. Whoever can be saved.

They change the facade of the house, they are ashamed
They did not teach us the value of our heritage.
The sidewalk, the warehouse, the kiosk, I recognize them
If they remove them I feel like a toad from another well

Every man for himself. Whoever can be saved.

The strawberries, the tomatoes, now they are not so delicious
because they gave them what I know what damn gene
Ah, the roses! They were prickly and perfumed
Now they don't prick you, but they smell like nothing.

Every man for himself. Whoever can be saved.

I see, I hear, I smell, I touch, I feel, I think.

SO different, and so very likable. Play more!
This sounds like honey.
I like it.

You can hear them? You pass!

right! Thats what it reminds me of!
There's a piercing, high pitched sound coming in and out that is going to make me push the PSD.   I've got a nice set of near-field monitors here in my (COVID-19) home office.  Maybe when I start going back to work, the desk speakers will leave it out, and I will be able to enjoy this song.
Radio Paradise what would I do without you
All these sounds you have brought to my ears
Bless you all
What should those annoying high-frequency noises in that song be for? Hearing test?

Ace of hearts lefted sorry.
Reminds me of Chemical Brothers' Where Do I Begin (that's a good thing IMO).
I adore Juana! Magnificently eccentric!  Saw her perform live several years ago and, when murmurs from the crowd about "not understanding her lyrics" reached her ears, she responded slyly:

"I remember listening to The Beatles when I was young.  I loved them, but I couldn't understand a thing they were saying.  Now you know how I felt."

The melody is very familiar. I also echo the bit about the high pitched effect. On the whole, though, I rather like this. I just wish I could remember what song it reminded me of.
I think her hearing aid is whistling
Thanks Guys,
a very nice listen

Ethereal!
To those not liking this song, I recommend to hear other works from Juana Molina.
Her music is not the best part. Listen to the lyrics! That's the best.
She's very eclectic to be judged by one song...
I'm very surprised to hear to Juana Molina in RP!
Thank you Bill !!!
Enchanting
Reminiscencias líricas de una tal Joni Mitchell. ¿O me equivoco?
Vamos todavia Juana!  I can't believe I am listening to your songs on RP!  Wow!

I like it, though that high-frequency effect is a bit painful on the ears!
