It's your time
It's your day
It's never too late
To change lanes
How's your life?
How's your place?
Was it where you wanted
Your head to lay?

But wait, you can breathe
You can see what I can see
Don't waste your time
You can't make back

If you could rewind your time
Would you change your life?
Rewind your time
Would you change your life?

Do you like you?
Do you love your wife?
Or did you pick what
You're told was right?

Dream and be
What you feel
Don't you compromise
What you wanna be

'Cause change is okay
What's the point in staying the same
Regrets, forget what's dead and gone

If you could rewind your time
Would you change your life?
Rewind your time
Would you change your life?

If Jesus rode in on a camel today
With your cross on his shoulder
Time to take you away
Have you done all you wanted?
Are you happy and warm?
Do you miss someone special
You don't see anymore?
Have you blood on your hands?
Do you dream of white sands?
Can you sleep well at night?
Have you done all you can?
The place I was born in
Stays crooked and straight
I see innocent blue eyes
Go blind everyday

Rewind your time
Would you change your life
Today?

Dull, dull, dull, dull, dull, dull, dull, dull, dull.

Did I mention this band are dull?
The dullest of the dull. Even live, they're about as exciting as a slap in the face with a wet fish.

I like it a lot. Worth listening to.

This is what I love about Radio Paradise. One minute you're mind is dwelling in 1971 and the next, near present day. It really broadens your appreciation of all music. Thank You.

A letdown (compared to their earlier stuff)
yawn

Formula used today too.
Dreary song ...

You don't think endlessly repeating the word ''today'' is sophisticated?

"If you could rewind your time Would you change your life?" I don't care what the rating or consensus is for this song, those two lines should provoke emotion in all but the emotionally numb. I like this.
love the phonics
That is tedious.
I really like it! Definitly reminds me of U2

I changed my mind, just plain monotonous.
Another occaision when I switched of Radio Paradise
One of my favorite albums of 2005. Worth listening to. I think when I first heard "Dakota" I must have sat there hitting rewind and listening to it 4-5 times in a row! Good stuff. "Superman", "Lolita" and especially "Devil" are my other faves.
Quite monotonous in places.
changing drummer resulted in a way better music. thank you stereophonics.
Thank you, Mari. LOVE knowing lyrics 8.

I bought this CD and ended up giving it away. Stereophonics have done so much better than this - a bit of a drone really compared with their more melodic earlier material. Shame - such a good band.
Thanks for the warning Daedalus. I have liked this group before, thinking they were firmly fixed in the "electronica" genre (which is why I liked them) - but this song definitely isn't electronica (nor melodic). This is, unfortunately, the first "1" that I ever felt compelled to use.
This one has grown on me. Originally rated it at a 5... have now bumped it to a 7.

Wow, this is a nice surprise to me. This has a very layered sound for the Sterophonics but then I've only have heard Just Enough Education To Perform which a pretty straightaway rock album.

I'm with ya on that one.

Why is so much "rock" whiny these days? Get positive, stupid!
Yeah, Stupid-- Get POSITIVE! And, you over there-- "Rock"-- Quit wining, get winning!
I agree with the comparison to U2 from Trust. Whiny? Not at all, though I can't say the same about most "genius" comments. Overall, an excellent tune...driving drums and nice guitar work. And the vocal layering's quite good.
nice little tune. like the lead vocals. altho not sophisticated enough and could easily tire?

Funny. Just went thru your song comments, and as far as I can see, none of them are positive! Kinda puts the comment above in perspective, dontcha think? Just out of curiosity: What do you think of Nirvana's Negative Creep?

This has been a great set of music to work to... unfortunately I can't seem to overcome my procrastination to actually get some work done. :)
Me Likey!
Diggin' this a lot!

Heard that.
Something about this song really strikes a chord with me. I tend to dwell on the past (too much sometimes), and the lyrics echo my sentiments about how I feel I have lived my life. The melody is beautiful and haunting. I really dig it, and it has turned me on to Stereophonics....
...gotta love the 'phonics... S.

I have nothing against stereophonics, but this sounds like oasis. I haven't fully decided if that is good or bad. :?:
No this song does not sound like oasis...at all..
That's interesting since I walked in and noticed that the vocal had some sort of resemblance to Bono. It's a decent song.

Wow, based on the "release date" of 22-March-2005 shown for this album, we're hearing this music more than a month before it's even released! That said, it's an interesting song. I'll need another listen or three to let my opinion gel.
Always loved this band.
