Hmm. Reacting to both the title of the track above and Bob's post-cut patter... This tune is Dylan's "It Takes a Lot to Laugh, It Takes a Train to Cry." And it is from the original Super Session album. BTW, AMG doesn't turn up anything for "Milk Train Blues."
Poor ole Mike Bloomfield took too much heroin during the 1968 SS recording, so Al brought in Stills to finsih off side B.

I guess I think this doesn't add anything that needed to be added to this song. Dylan did alright with it. I can do without the psychedelia in my folk rock. 
Bob Dylan would roll over in his grave when he heard this, if he wasn't still alive! It really doesn't seem to add anything but kitsch to his original tune...

Al was definitely one of the hardest working guys in the business in the 60's & 70's that never got any fame for all his work.

Steven Stills must have not liked band names... i.e. Crosby, Stills, Nash & Young
