Is it really about to be ten years since the last comment on this song?  Wow.  

Vertical Horizon have become one of my favorite bands ever, just 'cause of how well they harmonize.  Check out the vocal harmonies on their song "Echo" from the 2003 album "Go", and if you dig that, look up "It's Over" for even more sugary goodness.  I mean granted, it's still kind of a pop sound and all, but that's not always such a bad thing.

btw, I am not trying to pick fights here or create enemies. I have no problem with people liking this or not. But I get tired of the "elitist" word. I believe it's perfectly okay NOT to like stuff that gets huge commercial success. It doesn't necessarily have to do with being elitist or with being too cool to like stuff that's popular. I just think there is a certain sound that tends to get huge commercial sucess these days, and that sound tends to be dull, trite, etc., to a lot of people here on RP (including me).
