None too shabby for chilling when smoked
Am I dead whats happenin {#Cry}
I thought this was Fill Up Glass for a moment.
Drowning in gruel.
Wow. A bit wistful, almost melancholy, but Nyman is a terrific composer. His soundtrack for The Draughtsman's Contract is a winner, so is The Belly of An Architect. He collaborated often with the director of this movie, Peter Greenaway.

I concurr.....although in a sad Jane Austin film this might fit.
A pleasant interlude.
I am very impressed that you know this piece.  It is the best one on the album.  But I never hear it play while watching "Drowning by Numbers"  I often listen to it to relax.

Some Debussy next?
Better than drowning by Number 2, I always say...
Please drown this song.  Radio Paradise or Radio MUZAK...
no—-no thanks

A nice choice for today. 1/31/12, Philip Glass' birthday and the US premier of his new 9th Symphony.

Not so much Cloud Cult as Philip Glass... an 8 in my book.

Very funny and apt.

Didn't bother me. Would be great if I was trying to fall asleep.
Schmaltz of the first magnitude. Hope it was a good movie.
Very nice, now follow it with Cloud Cult. Please. {#Yes}
I went through a brief obsession with Peter Greenaway's films around the time this came out, and Drowning by Numbers was my favorite. Interesting to see this popping up on RP now.

I hear Cult with no Name.

I think I heard this once being dragged KICKING and SCREAMING shopping at Talbots...

probably...

should have been titled, "Snoring by Number 1"
...does anyone else hear cloud cult in this?..
Ha ha! Drown 2, 3, drown 2, 3. You at the back, stop living!

I'll give this a twee three.
Isn't it "Drowning by Numbers"?
The previous comments say it all: I am floating between those two, that alone will make me rate it above 5.
...nice...
boring
