I know, as a snob, I should like the Kronos Quartet, all my friends think I do... but I don't. Never did. It's pretentious crap. Stick with Bach or something.
I prefer the Television version; this sounds better as a guitar riff, but it is ok.

Perhaps if I take this song out of context, I might like it better. The fact that this particular version of the set has it prefaced by "Good Vibrations" by the Beach Boys might be clouding my objectivity. *sigh* I wish Bill would play "Good Vibrations" again...

I'd love to hear more Television on RP (the original, if possible, even though this one is quite likeable)

The first time I've heard this by Kronos.
Among the couple of us in the office who are familiar with Television, we couldn't help but giggle when the first bars of this version hit.
Though I really wish that they bothered with the return at the end, as it is in the original... it could have been the icing on the cake.

Additionally, I don't remember hearing this while watching REQUIEM FOR A DREAM. Might be that I was too busy salivating over Jennifer Connelly. Yowza.
