blah blah blah oh you mean the way Clinton was attacked for his sex life ***hole? This isn't about Bush's PERSONAL appearance, wad, it's about his administrative policies, which AREN'T PERSONAL and involve all of us and our collective destinies, but I highly doubt no matter how much freakin money anybody gave you, you couldn't BUY A FREAKIN' CLUE!!!!!!!!!!
Hey Orph, my message was about who's more deserving of the mean spirited rep. Thanks for all the insults - they prove my point. As for the song, if you really think it's about his "administrative policies" rather than an ad hominem attack, I'm not that surprised - since that was your argument with me. It may get the sheep that think as you do to cheer, but that's about it. hugs, Dinsy

Now I remember why I haven't donated to RP lately. The same reason I haven't given to the DNC, SPUSA, CPUSA, YCL, Greenpeace, PETA, ...... Why alienate 1/2 of your audience? Appreciating good music doesn't make me a freakout liberal.
You complain that RP is alienating 1/2 of it's audience...and yet must not have a problem with a president that is alienating half of the country let alone most of the people on the planet. Thank you RP for playing the type of music that helps me to better appreciate the true meaning of freedom of speech, because if we lived in a world the above mentioned listener seems to prefer, we'd probably quickly find ourselves in 1984.

Atacking an incumbent president with personal insults is the cheapest form of opportunism. Oooh, Ricky's a hate-filled liberal. Who would have ever guessed? What astute political insight. He's ugly. Does his mother dress him funny too? Not that GWB would even notice or care about this ex-hooker's rantings, but the fact that he has (so far) resisted responding in kind to the sputtering personal insults from his desperate opposition makes me rethink the question of who really is mean-spirited and intolerant. Pot, meet Kettle.

It always disappoints me when music is used as a forum for political ranting and stone-throwing. I sincerely wish that the music played on RP would not be used as a conduit for political expression. In my opinion it cheapens the station and the existence of such songs cheapens the human musical experience.
Pitiful - i'm switching stations. Maybe i'll be back later.
garbage
Cool...
What a wonderful jazz tune. It's nice to hear Ricky again. Great vocals, horn and piano. Love it.

Goody for you.

She actually wishes him dead, or at least thats what she said while over in Europe. (Bush bashing in Europe by an entertainer? Now THAT'S refreshing.) Not that she would kill him herself, but if someone else killed him, that would be good. I guess Rick E's not in love anymore.

Great swing to this tune, love the horns and piano, but the subject and title make me like this even more. Nice to see a political statment done in such a musically interesting way.
