Funny. I like the other song they have on RP, But I can't stand this. It reminds me of Janice from Friends singing. Or something?
shades of Vertigogo...

Fleming could change me. She could, really. I have a picture on my desk in front of me of us hugging. I love their style and the fact that Fleming totally convinced me that she had a southern accent when it was bullshit the whole time. Yeah, the song is weird but that's who they are - outside the box, outside the rules and inside my CD collection.
Ok, second time I've heard this, and I've decided that this IS funny.
I know many of you don't like Fleming's vocals, but I do. I love this stuff. Fun, weird, intentionally over the top - it's kinda like Vegas.
The piano at the beginning of the song made me think of Talk Talk's "Life is what you make it", and the singing made me think of Sparks. Go figure, huh?

Yes, but Yoko took herself seriously . . . this is funny, which is why I am going to reserve ultimate judgment. I tend to like weird.

maybe it will grow on me . . . trying to stay open-minded
THIS IS GREAT... Cheezy and fun! Good for pick me up....roll your eyes like Carmina Burana and not take the world so seriously....
Fun stuff, I like it!
Her vocals sound like my cat when I accidentally step on his tail
Some of you said it so well -- it's hard to pick one quote that expresses my feelings, but I think I like this the best. dreadpixie wrote:

OK, I like this. The song overall is fun; her voice really isn't up to the task, but overall the merits of the song win out.
That was painful, Doctor. I hope we don't have to do it again for a long, long time.
oooooo, I like this, haven't heard this before. Thanks, Bill.
I've had this album for several years. Nice to hear it finally getting some airplay (netplay?). Her voice is definitely of the love it or hate it variety. Lyrically they have a good mix of silly, fun, thought provoking, and serious subjects. On their web site is a great cover of "Winter Wonderland" done to Led Zeppelin's "Misty Mountain Hop". Classic. - Jasen.
this woman cracks me up...i love it!
Loved this group so much based on RP, I bought the CD. And I don't buy a lot of CD's. Thanks once again.
You gotta love her voice. Very distinctive. Fun song too.
i want to enjoy the humor but can't get past the annoying singing.
What a fun tune. I think the vocals are perfect. Kinda quirky, like the song.
This was actually sweet sounding...
That was fun!
Ick. <-(
nasty freakin song
i'm loving this track. lots of fun. keep 'em coming!
"Oh I messed up..."
