I remember seeing an interview with Billy Joel.
He was asked if he had a favorite song that he wrote, and he had a tough time choosing among several.

He was then asked if he had a song that he regretted writing.
He turned to his piano, and hitting only two notes, started doing the music for "We Didn't Start the Fire".
