I believe in harmony
I believe in Christmas Eve
Free for all the happiness
and no ones living on their wits
One so kind and one so wise
One so kind throughout your life
Fill yourself with dreams
Fill yourself with dreams
Fill yourself with dreams
I believe in destiny
I believe your trust was free
Free for all the happiness
and no ones living with regret
One so kind and one so wise
One so kind throughout you life
Fill yourself with dreams
Fill yourself with dreams
Fill yourself with dreams
Oh and now we know, no one ever told now you can be bold
I believe in solitude
I believe in till there was you
Free for all the happiness
and no ones living on their wits
One so kind and one so wise
One so kind throughout you life
Fill yourself with dreams
Fill yourself with dreams
Fill yourself with dreams
Harmony and no dilemmas
Harmony and no dilemmas
Harmony and no dilemmas

one so kind throughout your life

Fill yourself with dreams
Fill yourself with dreams
come fill yourself with dreams

Oh now you know
no one ever told
now you can be bold

And I believed in solitude
I believed too little was few
Free for all your happiness
and no ones living on their wits

One so kind and one so wise
One so kind throughout your life

Fill yourself with dreams
Fill yourself with dreams
Come fill yourself with dreams

Thank God.
Decent enough song - absolutely loved their Internal Wrangler album though! 👍 #CQisInnocent!
Sneaky jammer; interesting musical textures! Subtle, catchy shifting going on. Makes me wanna hear "Carbon Kid" -- that radical Alpinestars with Molko jam!
I really like this whole tune… good stuff
I saw Clinic play at Maxwell's (RIP) in Hoboken  back in 2002, and at the time it was quite strange seeing them play the entire concert wearing masks (except for a small slit in one of them so the singer could play his mouth organ). Now it just looks normal!

The title track from this album is quite good too.

This is new to me, The menacing, gritted teeth vocals, and bass notes are all reminiscent of Radio Head from Kid A, on wards. This is a good thing,
These guys perform in face masks. So ahead of their time.
Can take or leave the music - but the Wiki picture with the band wearing face masks is quite appropriate for these times
I think the singer sounds like Pet Shop boys singer, not Radiohead

well, wasn't played too often in the last decade, so quit yer complaining.

Can we say overplayed? of course that might just be me, I seem to hit RP everytime in the week this song is playing Edited By randerson at 5:12 pm on 7/06/2002

This isn't Radiohead?  Huh.
All I could hear was the mindless and annoying "huh huh huh huh ..." background tones used by Laurie Anderson in "Oh Superman".
Who are these guys? What a great sound!
Saw these live supporting The Flaming Lips. Had never heard of them before, but it was the highlight of the concert. They're great live. Strangely entertaining watching a band perform in full surgical outfits. I bought this album as a result which was on constant play for weeks after that. Pity The Flaming Lips couldn't keep my interest after that!

Wow. This one has been off the radar for a while. All I heard when I listened to it was Donna Summer.
I don't know if I would have thought of that myself, but since you said it, now that's all I hear. I, too, feel love.
Artist Web Site, I don't think https://www.mayoclinic.com/ Harmonious Harmonica However? Perhaps it does come to think of it, with the name Clinic? Mm Interesting? ...
Wow. This one has been off the radar for a while. All I heard when I listened to it was Donna Summer.
The main reason why I listen to Radio Paradise is that my only radio is an old Grundig beauty from the 40s and its frequency range is 88-100 MHz. The only cool radio station here is on 102.4MHz, so I would have to listen to either classical music, German folk music (which is very annoying) or a whole bunch of terrible local radio stations. Songs like this make me turn on my radio again.
Radiohead without all that genius baggage.
I\'m a big fan of this song and finally bought the CD - the rest of it is similar, with some additional great tunes. I blame RP for increasing my music vocabulary, but I agree it would be good to hear a few other tunes from the album.
Not hearing anything remotely close to Radiohead here... The fact that there\'s not a guitar to be found on this track is a start. Not to mention the vocals are completely different. Am I missing something?

Once Upon A Time in the West maybe? ;)
Anyone else think the harmonica player\'s trying to imitate Pat Metheny\'s moaning guitar sounds?
Radiohead? What the?
i don\'t think that it sounds a thing like radiohead. not sure where you\'re getting that. but yeah, its getting a little overplayed...
I'm surprised that no one has posted that this sounds EXACTLY like Radiohead only not nearly as good. Oh well.

Hats off though for the great work brought forth by RP and I do wish to give extra thanks to RP and technology making working late more enjoyable.
Here, here!!! :) ;)
Erie and unsettling.... I like it!
This has really grown on me the more I hear it. It\'s familiarity is very pleasing.
Instrumental portions sound a lot like Bronski Beat and Soft Cell from the mid 80s (Jimmy Somerville and Marc Almond, respectively). But it\'s a catchy tune. Wonder what the rest of the album sounds like.
Boy this song is great. Not sick of it at all. As others have said, this song is infectious. Just increased my rating. Is commericla radio playing this? I listen so infrequently these days thanks to RP, DISH stations (jazz, classical and big band - their adult alternative channel is weak) and my own mp3 and cd collections. Anyway, this SHOULD be on the radio.
Reminds me a little of R.L. Burnside and the whole techno/blues thing. Gotta love that harmonica :)
Another album I bought because of Radio Paradise (what\'s that, about 20 this year?!). It\'s good from start to finish, although I read their first release is supposed to be even better.
Everytime it comes on I turn it up. May have to up my rating.... As far as Laurie Anderson goes - She\'s AWESOME! Bill, we need some L.A.! That just makes my opinion of the artists all the more if they can appreciate Laurie enough to sample her.

Well, as other posters have noted regarding my other comments, I really don't have a clue. :D
I keep thinking that the harmonica is similar to something out of a movie, but I can\'t for the life of me connect it... I agree with the \'Halloween\' keyboard, but there\'s something else there...
FWIW, for those mentioning overplay, have just now heard this for first time. On in the background, it immediately caught my ear. First reminded me of Bono backed by Wall of Voodoo (circa Call of the West). Harmonica gave it a bit of that WOV sound. Anyway, I like this a lot. Nice set of seques too, Bill.
Boy, i like this song. That being said...may i not hear it for a week or so? Tesko_V and Face already said that.

The Singer is Ade Blackburn who was a member of Pure Morning. I didn't know him or the band before, but it reminds me a lot of Radiohead or Muse...
Marc Almond from Soft Cell is the guy you mean.

Heh, I immediately thought of Halloween too.
The tinkling piano in the intro (and the rest of the song) reminds me of \"Haloween\", but i like this better.

Is that ha ha ha in the background a sample taken from Laurie Anderson\'s O Superman?
I am so happy to hear Clinic on RP! Thanks Bill.
sorry lily....this add was MINE...you\'ve got some great taste in tunes though...
