GOOD TUNE!  First time that I have heard of them. That is why we come here.  Thanx RP!
I like this track... thanx for the Euphoria!  :)

I can tell you this song was definitely not influenced by the David Crosby song. The idea of playing the melody using wah wah, slide and then harmonics owes more to the influence of Jimi Hendrix's great guitar solo on Bob Dylan's song "All Along The Watchtower".

The song is in DADGAD tuning btw.

I can't express Ken, how much it tickles me to have found a comment on RP from the artist who created the track.  I am Canadian, now living north of the Big Smoke but I sheepishly admit I have not heard your music before.  As always, RP never ceases to introduce me to new sounds and artists and that is why it will always reign supreme in my ears.

There seems to be so many comparison comments in these threads. 'This sounds a lot like X' or 'this artist is borrowing from Y'.  Really this is not fair to the artist. Musicians will always be influenced by the things they have heard and admired over the years, tis true, but I really wish folks would just sit back and appreciate what they are hearing for what it is and what it evokes in that moment. Making a comparison, to me,  seems to infer that one thing is less than the other or somehow lacking  in its own merit.

I'm glad I found your music. I also appreciate the nerdy musician nugget of the tuning used. Thanks. I needed new strings anyway LOL
Sounds phishy!

A nice piece. The rhythm track sounds a little more than vaguely like the Van Morrison cover of Dylan's It's All Over Now, Baby Blue.

What he said.
It's the first day of proto-spring in NY.  TG!!!!!!  Birds are chirping, the windows are open, children laugh on the street below.
This is a fine theme track.

Yes we are.  Bill and Rebecca get to sleep sometime.  They put together sets and that's what we get to hear.  I'm not sure how long a set lasts but all the doctors suggest we need 8 hours of sleep to lead a healthy and happy life.  And Bill and Rebecca certainly look healthy and happy.

I think the fact that there is "Bill and Rebecca" means we can sometimes expect a little repeating...Do I care? No....I kind of like hearing an old set...makes it seem more human, not less.
Very nice. Is is worth buying the album (I don't buy tracks) ?
Very seducing for the ears, liked to hear more of this:-)
Thanks for all the Tirebiter Beauty selections for the HD slideshow on this song — makes all the photo labor worthwhile!

Dreamlike...
This is nice.  Reminds me of something, something with words.  Can't quite get it into the front of my brain — what is it?? Maybe something from Pink Floyd's "Meddle"?

Hey! Can we hear more of this stuff!? Very nice indeed!
,,some one fooled around with the cell- phone-make -your-own-ring-tune-app !{#Rolleyes}
I'm leaving for the desert tomorrow.  I must add this to my iPod!
On it´s own: Doesn´t convince me really.

After Bird York (In the Deep): Beautiful!

Perfect playlist tonight. (It´s 1:45 a.m. over here)

Very nice....

I am not attacking you, kmh, for you are not one of the frequent posters to whom I refer....

There does seem to be a fairly large and overly-vocal minority out there who must be sad, bitter, angry at someone or something, they may not even know what.  So they just lash out indiscriminately at anything that doesn't fit into their pathetic little worlds.  It's hard to feel compassion for them after reading their invective, but we should try.

A very soothing piece, thanks Bill, for the introduction.
Is this piece of music supposed to be a remake of the Tangerine Dream tune of the same name?
It's likable...but not lovable, in my book.  {#Eh}

Well said, though years back. RP amazes me. Love this tune. First I've heard of it. This set, the past 30 mins. or so - Bill's on his 'A' game.
Beautiful
To me, this cut sounds like a cross between Pink Floyd and Massive Attack, kinda sorta ...

Not that it's a bad thing but I found myself checking to see if they were sampling a NRPS guitar track.

Just re-stating what a neat piece this is!
Nice pairing with Neil's "Harvest Moon"...I hear the similarity immediately. Good call, Bill. Still an excellent tune.

Nice ambient tune. Good thinking music. As in not distracting - but better than silence. 9

What the hell kind of hippie elevator music is this?
Didja ever see the Ralph Steadman illustrations in Hunter Thompson's Fear and Loathing in Vegas? The one with the hippie kid in the Shark? That's kinda what this song was written about :^)
I'm sorry, I just don't get it. When I close my eyes and listen I see a waterfall flowing into a small stream which then cuts across the rocky beach into the ocean. There are seagulls and trees and ...what's that? an iceberg? What's that doing here? Oh well, I just couldn't see a desert. On the Hippie elevator issue: They hang around, get high and then come down. I've seen 'em.
NICE! That DOES capture a desert drive well, too. An 8.
But not in a good way-- why don't they have a "passed out from boredom" emoticon?
Not sure what it is. Not sure if I like it. It is missing something ... and yet cool.

Trip hop-type drums, subtle organ shades, guitars--all combine to create a vivid mosaic;a soundtrack to your own little film. Very very nice.
I like ! Can anybody tell me if the rest of their stuff is like this? If so, I would buy!
This was a wonderful new song for me to hear...don't know Euphoria...but I will check into them.
Very aptly named... makes me want to go for a long cool ride.

this really followed Neil Young's harvest moon so nicely. thanks for a great combination.

extremly nice, more than makes up for the neil young that sometimes preceeds it.

Found that song rather annoying as well, though I identified it's rather lame repetitive Swami-talk sampling (which some listeners had failed to grasp, envisioning a creepy old pederast) Well, devotees or their fellow travelers can wax sappy about their Gurus, or be ironic about those who do, and still turn out something truly "Beautiful..", like this.

this is the only song i\'ve seen that hasn\'t received a \"1\" as its lowest rating. . .
sounds like paradise
i picked up this CD the other day, and have only listened to it all the way through maybe 4 times. i do like it very much. great for a long drive to somewhere cause it enables you to think and still drive. ps...i bought it from Amazon, used (in mint condition) via the link, for less than half the price of new

Thanks, Bill, for sensing the beauty of the ethereal. This is nice (has a feel similar to The Church/Kilbey)

Sounds like what U2 would sound like if Bono played a good guitar and didn\'t sing.
Like the sound of this. Great set the last four songs or so. As usual, great set.
