Yea that was pretty good, not really a Neko fan but like the musical direction she seems to be taking.

mutepoint wrote: Kelly Hogan and Neko come as a matched set. :-) When I happened to be the lucky driver up to deliver them to their afternoon sound check a few years back, Neko seemed tired. I introduced myself in some sassy way, and Kelly stuck out her hand and responded: "I'm Hogan; She's Case." And so we all shook hands and boarded the van. Every time I've seen Neko, Kelly has been with her, same like this year at our Folk Fest. I believe Kelly has her own album out now, and with those pipes, I'm sure its worth a listen.
Cool. I hadn't kept up with her; we have a couple of things from the 90s when she was on Bloodshot.

That writer loves her some Neko...
But KellyHogan's in her band? That's cool; she'd be fun to see live on her own, too.

It's interesting that a friend of mine recently got rid of a bunch of eight-track tapes and several of those cases after asking if anyone wanted them. I don't know if he brought them to a thrift store or to a dumpster.
