Once again, Radio Paradise does not work even using the magic words "Alexa ask Radio Paradise to set the stream quality to Ultra". Did something else happen? Can someone provide me so more magic words to fix the problem? DianaLipka wrote:

I lost RP on my Squeezebox Touch for over a week. I have TuneIn installed. So then while searching for it again I found the Mellow and Rock mixes as noted by members below but, not my favourite, the Main mix. Like others it said not playable in the UK, presumably for the reasons noted below. Lots of searching and fiddling with the Squeezebox and getting rather annoyed. Then I went into TuneIn directly and looked at "Staff Picks" knowing they love RP too. So RP was still listed there and when I clicked on it ......it worked! So saved it back to My Favourites and it's all good and dandy again...... Odd but I hope it stays now. edit - the Mellow and Rock mixes are AAC 320kbps http://opml.... and the Main RP is MP3 128kbps and http://radioparadise.com so the TuneIn staff are linking to that. Anyway I'm happy!

Bugging TuneIn isn't going to help. They're legally required to honor requests like the one from PRS.

Suggestion: if lots of folks tweet @TuneInSupport like I just did, asking for Radio Paradise Main Mix to be reactivated, maybe they'll do something? We had problems with them before when playing music to the employees in the warehouse that I worked in. Luckily I worked in a small room off the warehouse and I was "allowed" to play RP in my room - provided no other employees could hear it otherwise we would have had to pay RPS a license fee to listen! In the past I've added the RP URL as a custom url in my Tunein favourites - in the Tunein app, log in and go to your favourites, scroll to the end and add a custom url, and add the required link from this page : https://radioparadise.com/list...I'm currently in the UK listening to the flac stream on my Linn amp using that route. I appreciate it does nothing for Alexa users for whom the RP skill doesn't help, but maybe Sonos or other platforms allow you to access your Tunein favourites, in which case my suggestion may help

In the Sonos app, go to Settings & then 'add a service' and find us on the list. Then we'll be added to your Browse menu.
