Watched all last season - great modern-day film noir.  Unremitting Seattle gloom populated with lots of tortured characters and a seemingly unsolvable murder.  I have the two-hour season opener recorded and ready to roll later this week.  Looking forward to a season of gloomy suspense.

The second season of The Killing on AMC starts tomorrow night. Sunday April 1st.

If you missed the first season it is available via NF streaming. From what I have heard of season 2 you really should watch season1.

I will admit it proceeds slowly at times but it is a "thinking" mystery.

I don't have a television... aw well.

Great new show.  Well-drawn, complex characters, atmospheric settings, and the pace of the editing is spot on.

Sort of a Pacific Northwest version of Prime Suspect with a dash of Twin Peaks thrown in.

Everybody seems to have a secret, even the cops, and at this point in the game I wouldn't bet on the killer.

Indeed, I think we have yet to be introduced to him, or her. 

It's got me hooked.
