Ah. Senecio mikanoides. Just wash them off with a shower or stream of water. If they recur, try insecticidal soap. Volk oil may smother them. Or try a little Rose food with systemic insecticide.

Nothin' kills a conversation like saying "whizzle whozzle" and "lay eggs" in the same sentence.

This was today's remedy. Seemed pretty good! Little green bugs in the sink. *shudder*. I feel like I need a shower now.
I'll spread a little plant insecticidal soap if they come back.
They just piss me off so much 'cause it just takes a couple days to go from Vibrant Plant to Covered With Little White Things and Shriveling Plant.

soapy water. 3 or 4 drops of dish liquid in a quart of water. spray on the plant. you have to hit the bugs to kill them. get under the leaves.
there is no residue action so you have to do this every day as the aphids hatch until you get them all.

Humm, interesting. If mine have stalks coming out, as opposed to leaves, then there are 2 on each plant. That would be really nice.
