Lasers and Lights will ship anywhere and they are very cool people. The have a gangbusters business every year running up to the start of Burning man, with good reason.

No DSOM, though, as I've found it doesn't really lend itself to a party atmosphere. Instead, everyone (OK, me) becomes catatonic. In fact, I really prefer pre-DSOM altogether (Piper At the Gates of Dawn being a different group for all intents and purposes).
