Air roasted Brussels sprouts, baked chicken (sadly without the pistachios in the panko and Parmesan crust ... I was out), and stove top stuffing. And my "winter" red wine!

some of the best thai food that i have ever eaten a stir fry in basil sauce a whole fried snapper with curry sauce prepared to perfection

had an oven baked pork chop coated with a mix of Shake & Bake and Traeger Pork & Poultry Rub; Apple & Honey flavor. Made a batch of Idahoan Applewood Smoked Bacon instant mashed taters topped with butter and shredded Mild cheddar cheese. Dessert was a Betty Crocker Salted Caramel Brownies from my meal planner.

And the beer ... it's just a Mexican beer that around this time last year was difficult to find.

Tried out the new air fryer/roaster convection oven thingy. Learning curve: the chicken was a little dry. Broccoli and sweet taters were yummy! And because it didn't seem like it was going to be enough food, some "stove top" stuffing!

Broccoli, tossed with olive oil and s&p, roasted on a pre-heated sheet pan at 500° for 20 minutes. Heaven!
