Great plan... see how far you get without an insurance card.  You won't get within 3 rooms of a doctor, and unless you hang out by the back door at closing time, you certainly won't get a chance to talk to one... So how, exactly, would this bartering (or bargaining, whatever) work?  She specifically says in the clip something to like: "yea just tell them you don't have insurance but you want to talk to the doctor."  Clearly, this lady has never been without insurance, nor has she ever had to go thru the waiting room to sign in at a doctor's office.
