I'll make a list of what I have and save some seeds for you.

quick list off the top of my head...
but you probably have most of this stuff already.

coneflowers, purple or white (if the white grows back this year, it's iffy)
flowering tobacco, annual that self-seeds. white or green, and a white with red streaks (I think it's a mutant, not sure if it will grow this way again, we'll see this year when it comes back)
an unidentified yellow flower perennial-kinda coneflowerish. very tall-6ft, stays upright, very bushy when mature. yellow daily like flower.

All of our onions are up and thriving.
The lettuce has been up for several days.
I'll have to wander around the garden tomorrow to see what else is growing.{#Daisy}

This has been your Master Gardener™ moment.

As for Jerry Baker, forget about it. None of his "remedies" have been proven or registered, and many may be against the law in your area.

Are you saying my special 'used motor oil-based, broad spectrum defoliant' may be illegal? My bad.

Grass is strange stuff. You can have a lawn with dead spots; little patches of dirt where grass won't grow, even though its totally surrounded by grass, but the grass will sprout up in the sidewalk.

4-6 weeks? I remember years ago returning from a camping trip and spreading a tarp out on the lawn to dry on ONE sunny day before putting away. (Yes, it rained on the camping trip. Why do you think they call it camping?) Well I had a dead spot there on my lawn for the rest of the summer.

It's 50 X 20.  1000 sq. ft.  We're going to expand it out another 5-6 ft this year for another row of cukes.

Ours is about  350 sf. of raised bed space. and I can't imagine dealing with anything larger. I need kids for the summer.

EDIT! holy crap! you hve 3000 sf. that's insane. that's about the size of my entire backyard.
