By the way, remember all the classic cars fenced in for the auction down by the wharf? Someone stole one of them Friday night and two more from the auction at Pebble Beach on Saturday night. All pristine early 1960s Chevys. Never happened before.

Justine, Tessy, someone we don't know, Manbird.
 
Saturday afternoon we spent the day in San Francisco and then went across the bridge to Petaluma and called Manbird. He hopped in the car to come down but realized I said we were sitting on the lawn at Lagunitas Brewing and so he stopped and got Tessy and brought her along. The bouncers were a little confused since the handbook doesn't say anything about predatory birds, but MB came in anyway and pretty soon every employee in the place came over to visit.

Had a great time with manbird and dinked around so long they closed the kitchen so we had to go into town for dinner but boy did he ever lead us to a good spot.

Then the next day we went down to Monterey for a couple nights at OlderThanDirt's place, ate like kings and visited the aquarium there and went to a bluegrass night at a fish place in Moss Landing... What a great weekend...
