When you continuously pump out so much negative energy, it seems unlikely that the Universe will return that energy to you in a positive form.

It is possible the sockets themselves are wired, but the wires are not connected at the telephone box. It is super simple to connect them. Just find the telephone box (outside, or maybe in a basement or garage), open the 'customer' side (the phone co. side requires a special tool) and see what you've got.
