So: if you would like to live in a remote mountain valley in Wyoming, and cook for a ranch staff and occasional guests, I know about a job opening. It pays (I have no idea), is a wealthy philanthropic family, and it's waaaay out in the boonies but gorgeous. They're very private so I can't easily google an image of the place. But if you're interested, PM me for details. Professional cooking experience is not required (judging by the qualifications of the current outgoing cook) but they do want you or your staff (!) to cook 3 meals a day. The current cook doesn't like to get up and cook breakfast so she says as the guys are finishing dinner, "you won't want a big breakfast tomorrow, right?" and they're polite so they say "no ma'am" but they're young men working hard and you bet they would like something more than toast and coffee.

Not for the cook, unfortunately.

When do you get to retire? I'm sure they'll be looking for a cook then, too.

Okay, yes, they would probably take a couple. BUT YOU can't afford to quit unless you are being offered a big, fat golden handshake...
