Just put it all in a box and ship it to Kansas. Stop paying the bill after a couple of years, they'll probably let it sit for decades before they decide they need the space.

He did. He was alive when I checked on him this morning, but still not really active. I had to run into work early and haven't had an update from Mrs. Islander yet.  I'm cautiously optimistic, but nature is a bitch.

I'll update at lunchtime.

Okay, so after a bit of searching (maybe I should have done this first), it looks like he's in a state called torpor. They say it's not uncommon even at feeders, but this is the first time we've seen it in 12+ years.  He's hanging out in the box still, I'm guessing it's warmer in there than hanging upside down on the feeder, so we'll see how he does in the morning.

I'm guessing he bonked the window and just managed to stick the landing before passing out. We left him like that for a bit hoping he would shake it off - you could see him breathing. As the sun went down and it got cooler I pulled him off and put him in a little box with some tissues to keep him warm.  He moved a bit, but still isn't doing much. I've left him outside next to the bricks where there is some warmth radiating back.

Not really sure what else we can do for him. I don't really want to bring him inside in case he comes too and takes off. Anyone have ideas?

And Birdio - tell all his friends we have two feeders up now so they don't need to be all pissy fighty with each other. The running with pointy beaks is going to end with some one loosing an eye, or like Larry here - hanging upside down all googly headed.

TBH,I've fallen so far behind in the tech world,I don't think I'm going to put much effort into catching up.It's just not fun like it used to be.

 I'll probably just day trade OEX futures or flip properties from here on out until,well, dirt time.

The last few years,everywhere I go people are hunched over smartphones like some deviant alien species that was bred with garden slugs.They are not human.

Hopefully my disdain will be taken as pre-Alzheimers and people will stop thinking of me as "the free computer repair guy".{#Lol}

So using her eyePud, have her change her password to something she'll write down, or remember.  Like the password I use all the time - superduperhacker123.

Then on the phone and laptop, she'll get prompted for the new pw, and/or have to re-authentic using the authenticator app.

After the 8 millionth phone call I told her the same thing(except the app which I know nothing about),but I also told her to tell it to her kid and call me back if he couldn't fix it.Believe me,the caller ID will be a Godsend tomorrow.{#Lol}
 I was a little bit perturbed when I couldn't even find out what OS I was dealing with.

OK-She can get in on her Ipad and phone which have the password stored somewhere but not her laptop.I think smartphones and Ipads are instruments of Satan and avoid them at all costs,therefore I don't know how to pull the password off them.
 Apparently her son wiped out the stored password on her laptop a few days ago.He's at work until midnight and isn't allowed to take calls,so I'm not sure what he did.

I was going to have her try a system restore,but when I asked her what operating system was on her laptop she said "I don't know.Dell maybe?"{#Lol}

NOPE.

Did she setup a phone number as part of their recovery process?

Perhaps have her write down all the passwords she might have used.  Take her time.  She'll probably come up with it on her own soon enough - assuming she used it regularly.

Did her browser auto-login and she flushed the cache and now it's, umm lost?

 She did enable the 2 step recovery thing and was sent an SMS code that is apparently as useless as Gmail.I'm at a loss as to why they are such assholes,but from what I've seen(by Googling {#Doh}) she is SOL and Google sucks donkeys.
