yup, that's the one...sitting on a bed of coconut dyed green for grass, and jelly beans scattered around the bottom of the cake...yup—-okay. schlabby says his family never really had any traditions...which is sad....but sometimes, you SEE things at other people's houses, like your high school girlfriend's lamb cakes....thanks!!

It's pretty popular in the Cleveland area. Usually with a coconut type icing, to make it look "fleecy". I went out with a girl all thru high school and it was a big deal for her family. Along with a creamed potato dish that was great but I never got the recipe for.
