It hurts and has no sense of direction.
Is this song going anywhere?

First time I've I heard this. Very enjoyable.

Very loud breathing, singing like she needs to go to the little room... Not my taste.
I thought this was Sheryl Crow.

Almost six years since it was released. There's been a lot of better music released i the past six years, can't think of a reason to listen to it again unless I'm too paralyzed by dread and angst to get off the couch. How she manages to get off her own couch is a mystery to me.

A clone of Aimee Mann

fredriley, I think I love you.
I hate it when the male gender refers to the female gender as "chicks." I love this song, though - bumped it from 7 to 8. Her voice stands on its own merits, IMO.
Chicks, broads, pussy, beaver, 'little women', even 'ladies' are..... never mind.
Look, be thankful for guys who talk like this. It gives a pretty good insight into their character early in the game. Not all male knuckledraggers dress like misogynist hip-hop gang-bangers.
Her voice is a little "pitchy" as they like to say on American Idol, but parts are soft and lovely like Karen Carpenter.

Same here. Her lower register is quite similar.
Thought this was a new Aimee Mann song. Same voice, same style.

Reminds me of Anna Nalick...which is a good thing.
Well I thought it was Aimee Mann at first.

Uhhh. No. She sounds like just another whiny chick with a guitar emulating Sarah Mclaughlin. Its been done.

I like it ok, but it sorta stopped the proceedings dead in its tracks for me. I don't turn off RP to avoid the song or anything, but I do my best to be patient waiting for the song to finish.
Didn't Jeff Buckley sing this tune?
Her style reminds me of a female Ron Sexsmith!

Mandilble, I'd say you nailed it. I like it too.
She looks like a mixture of Fiona Apple and Natalie Imbruglia, but sounds more like Natalie. I enjoy.

Another thin, reedy voice reaching for the notes it's just not meant to hit. 1

photoshopping sucks. She's way better looking as a real person.

There is nothing laughable about her. ;)
And this sounds nothing at all like her. Just sayin.

Ups, this voice has nothing to do with Sarah McLachlan. Not that good and personal at all. On top of that, when has been Sarah singing only with a guitar? Hers are very melodic and musical songs... Are you sure you know what you're talking about?
She sounds as a bad copy of Alondra Bentley.

6 for now.
(I'll take this over Antje Duvekot, for sure.)

A little heavy on the use of cliché, musically and lyrically.
