Changing places, falling proud
Behind the bomb, no one cares,
Time is money
We're taught to tear
It's all part of the process
We all love looking down
All we want is some success
But the chance is never around
It's all part of the process
We all love looking down
All we want is some success
But the chance is never around
How can we show, how to feel
Situation ain't so real
Chopping wood won't stop the rage
We need targets on war we wage
It's all part of the process
We all love looking down
All we want is some success
But the chance is never around
It's all part of the process
We all love looking down
All we want is some success
But the chance is never around
You smash they grab 'til it's gone
Attempt to grow and fix undone
And I am the way it's all to scale
We're all companions on which we sail
It's all part of the process
We all love looking down
All we want is some success
But the chance is never around
It's all part of the process
We all love looking down
All we want is some success
But the chance is never around
It's all part of the process
We all love looking down
All we want is some success
But the chance is never around
It's all part of the process
We all love looking down
All we want is some success
But the chance
I REALLY like this song- love the major/minor hooks, the sound of the violin with the guitar and band- the way it's mixed and produced- like the SOUND of it... :)
And my favorite, pedal steel...

Now my wife will never be able to unhear this...
I cannot 'unhear' this now.

SUPERB!! I never heard of her prior to RP, now I like several of her tunes. Thanx RP!
Ditto!
Country Morcheeba.
Good description!
LOL! ...Except for that sound, this tune is EXCELLENT!

I just had bean chili for dinner, and my stomach is singing harmony with that sound!! Otherwise, GREAT TUNE!
For a second I thought that creepy gurgling sound in the beginning was my stomach!

The song's fine, however, the cat purring sound is unpleasant—makes me want to turn down my radio for four minutes. It's very annoying.
Hearing this for the 1st time with new speakers (the great value Sony SS-CS5 bookshelf speakers) and wow, the cat purring sounds extra excellent to me.
I highly recommend these, esp. if you can get them at the low price point ($75) or even the mid point ($118) - nice and lively with good sound stage, and paired with a sub woofer, you get to hear all the frequencies our human ears can hear.
Long Live RP and cheap audiophile equipment!!
But the chance is never around.
Tell me more of your 'part of the process'...
Ahm no, please don't.
Love it!
All we want is sunset sex…
Is that sort of like Afternoon Delight?
i hope its beta band
All we want is sunset sex…
am I the only one who hears this?
... and I REALLY like your review. Made me stick around to check it out. You nailed it.
To quote Ron Burgandy, "You shut your whore mouth!"

More like internal belly noises to me, except mine aren't this continuos.

PS Shag barely made it, I'm wishing him well.
What are you on about? Shag is doing just fine, just talked to him a few months ago at his new LA store on Melrose.

I find this band (and this song in particular) to be more about a mood and an atmosphere than about literary prowess, and it works rather well for me. Generally, I don't find their lyrics to be simplistic - listen to "Blood Like Lemonade". We all hear different things though.

Want that on my wall,
with Morcheeba on the 16.7 system too.
Oh, the 9 o'clock gun just went off bringing me back to reality.
PS Shag barely made it, I'm wishing him well.
as they say..."toyin it up"

THIS ISNOT PARADISE. WHAT HAPPENED. SOLD OUT?
i WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!!!
Stingray? Is that you?

Sure, what is not to like? We can type can't we !!!!! Good Tune too, regardless

Bravo for posting a Shag painting. I have four signed/numbered lithographs (or are they serigraphs?), I never know the difference.
This is a good song, but not one of my favorites.

You keep using that word. I do not think it means what you think it means.

Kind of?

Kinda agree with this ... the first accords are boring-ish ... but I do dig the guitar and the fiddle as mentioned by another listener below ... the chorus is kind of cheesy ... overall, OK ...

Hillarious, that wet fart bit!

Ditto!
