Been listening more and more to your Main Mix over Rock Mix (although that stream's improved as well).  I like McMurtry a lot.  You got me started with him on "Choctaw Bingo".  I've since gathered all his stuff.  He has many great ones.  I'm also fond of "Level Land" and "Can't Make It Here".  He's an interesting social commenter.  However, "Choctaw" and Escovedo's "Castanets" (also from you to me) are the two songs that most regularly make it on my mobile playlists.

I've been a huge James McMurtry fan since the mid 1990s, and have always enjoyed hearing the tales his lyrics weave. I'm stoked for more JM on RP!
