Sol de los arenales...
Regada en sangre del bravo ceihuanquei
Grito que está volviendo
En tu desbocado potro pehuenche

Del cielo la onda noche
Se oye del viento la serenata
Tucos la luna prende
En la negra cimba de mi araucana

Aguas que van
Quieren volver
Aguas que van
Quieren volver
Río arriba del canto prendido
Neuquén quimey
Quimey Neuquén

Sol que se está gastando
En piedras
Lajas y turbias corrientes
Besó la sombra india
Que vuelve crecida
De un sueño verde

Ya madura el silencio
Por el agreste vientre de tus bardas

Quiere rayen dormirse
Tiemblan sus entrañas
Enamorada

Aguas que van, quieren volver
Aguas que van, quieren volver
Río arriba del canto prendido
Neuquén quimey, quimey Neuquén
Neuquén quimey, quimey Neuquén
Neuquén quimey, quimey Neuquén...

I have socks like that. The vest, not the voice.

I saw him alive in Buenos Aires; the very best sound, very good electro.
Check also King Coya; another awsome DJ from Argentina that mixes originary music with eletro.

" ... born in 1937 ... "   If that IS a pic of Mr. Larralde on the album cover,  it may have been taken in the early 1970s.  Although color film was introduced before 1900, it wasn't in widespread use until the mid 1970s ... which would jive.

Of course, the cover photo could also be of a Breaking Bad character from that episode.

Nope, it's the DJ who did the remix: Chancha Via Circuito

Nice music! Looking at the pic on the album cover and the pic in Wikipedia, I am thinking this is not the same person?

You are correct!
The person with the colorful vest is the DJ who did the remix: Chancha Via Circuito

Jose Larralde is the original voice, this is an edit used for the Breaking Bad series. Aguante el Pampa Larralde, gatooo
First time hearing this.

I love how RP keeps introducing my ears to these beautiful sounds I'd never otherwise have encountered...

This sounded so familiar.
