I heard these words in my head
Made me think about love instead
Made me think about what could be
Made me shake a little now I'm free

I was in a world so blue
With only visions of me and you
It could have cost me my soul
I could have lost all control

Here I go again
Feelings I can not describe
How did I get here
The walls of my mind I climb
Here I am again
Faces I don't recognize
I got a message

Now I got me searching for my goal
I got me dreaming of rock and roll
Feels like i'm falling free in the sky
Feels like i'm learning now how to fly

Now I got to tear down these walls
Got to run to her when she calls
Got to stand up and be a man
Got to do it 'cause I know I can

I was in a shaky state
I was losing my grip on time
Here all over the place
The walls of my mind I climb

Here I go again
Feelings I can not describe
How did I get here
The walls of my mind I climb
Here I am again
Faces I don't recognize
I got a message

So the journey was full of event
I met you, I met her, I met them
But how could I ever prevent
The escape to my own minds den

I was in a shaky state
I was losing my grip on time
I was here all over the place
The walls of my mind I climb

Here I go again
Feelings I can not describe
How did I get here
Here I am again
Faces I don't recognize
I got a message
I got a message
I got a message

Feelings I cannot describe...
climb out of your mind
Heard this on RP a few years ago.  Brilliant album.  Flawless production.  Love Syntax.  Wish they would do something more but it's tough to beat this album.
Sounds much like Massive Attack. And what could be bad about that?
This is a great album, with better tracks than this one. You might know Mike Tournier's previous band, Fluke (also brilliant and occasionally features here on RP).  From what I understand, the tragedy of Syntax is that there's a crappy American band with the same name who've tied these guys up in court for years over use of the name. Consequently the only place you can find this album is through used CDs (pretty expensive when you find them) or through a SoundCloud playlist: https://soundcloud.com/lordmot...
Maybe they should have changed their name to Sin Tax.

Hi everyone.
I just turned on Radio Paradise this second and this song is on and I want to share with you that my Grandfather just passed away today. I think he was the greatest inspiration for me in every aspect of all people I ever got to know. He never wanted to be in the center of attention, but he was such a good and great person and I want to share just this with you.  I wish you all all the best in the world and stay strong everyone, ok.

I like your 'message'
I have my volume turned down a little while at my desk working. I thought this was a remix of Bob The Drummer by Dada. Similar beat/tempo and spoken lyrics at the beginning.
Quite an impressive track !  I really dig the outro....it is beautiful

A real shame that they did not make more music.  RP turned me on to this CD.  It is most enjoyable start to finish.
A really addictive groove! Definitely makes me want to jam some Sneaker Pimps and, as someone else has observed, Massive Attack!
I didn´t know them... I had to check on wikipedia if it was Seal singing...
Overtones of Smashing Pumpkins?

I love this both melodically and lyrically. Perfect follow up for CannonBall. Floating back to RP to rediscover and I ALWAYS do. Thanks RP....
This will go very nicely in a mix with my Massive Attack albums.  Tks for the intro, RP!
Love this album, thanks to RP to exposing me to Syntax

"wavy gravy"??  Do you have any idea who you are referring to?

as for "hypnotic rhythm" , I would refer to it as more of a boring drone.  I never have understood this style of music being played outside the dance club.  But, it was a new song and I listened this time.

next time I will invoke the PSD
