I look up at the sun rising
I know what you are
The shadows you cast on the lonely horizon
I know what you are

You can't fool me
I've seen what you'll be
I know what you are
Lord knows I know
You put on the good show
I know what you are

I looked in the glass your reflection escaped me
I know what you are
You lend me your own with the blindfold
Now I see
I know what you are

You can't fool me
I've seen what you'll be
I know what you are
Lord knows I know
You put on the good show
I know what you are

You can't fool me
I've seen what you'd be
I know what you are
Lord knows I know
You reap what you saw
I know what you are

I ever knew...
I ever know...

I look up at the sun rising
Shadows cast on the horizon
I look up at the sun rising
I know what you are

Sounds amazingly like  Lili Von Shtupp, The Teutonic Titwillow
Gonna bump that 7 > 8 because of that great singer and the orchestration and production. A very captivating track.
Pop-Klezmer! Great though. And also a lovely voice.

Jewish tears

No, sweetheart, you have no idea what I am.  No idea.  But I like your song.

Just purchased this cd! Play it over and over!
"Oh sweet mystery of life, at last I found you!"

Miss Madelaine's sweet, funny gorgeous, filthy soul too.
This is pretty much my favorite song on RP

Does this song remind anyone else of the scene in The Machinist where Christian Bale's character stares in the mirror and keeps repeating "I know who you are"?

For that reason alone this song gives me chills sometimes.
Wouldn't be a day on Radio Paradise without oi va voi being played.....gotta love that gypsy music.

7 -> 8 easy, maybe should be more. this stuff raises the blood, feet stomp and long gypsy dresses billow in a slow motion dream. dirty little flames of rock and roll curl all through and around this stuff. Spill the wine my way and turn it up!!

That's the spirit! Lots of red imagery in your post...suits the fire in the music.

Is it me, or does this sound like Lady Gaga's horrible "Poker Face?"  (Or maybe some other Lady Gaga song, I can't keep them straight and really don't care to know her body of work.)
Yuck. This song just doesn't get there. Painful to listen to. Album cover just as bad

i like the Young Frankenstein reference below...Its Twoo It's Twoo  lol
Viva klezmer! Also beautiful cover art.
Love this. {#Hearteyes}
Makes me swing in the most unusual way
Oh yes, Lily Von Schtupp...so glad someone else caught that or I would be RAKING my brain right now...

God bless her filthy/gorgeous soul.

Hey guys, go to their website and you can download a free song from the new album! It's a good tune too.
This isn't bad, but we have been hearing a LOT of oi va voi these past few weeks.  I could do with a little break.

Ah the voice!  and that rhythmic, pounding beat, every downstroke of the accordion timed perfectly with the caressing downward whipping of the Mistress Von Stern!  Ja Whol!  Ach! Ja Ja Ja!

On sale today exclusively at Herry Doktor Mueller's Sexy Shoppe on the Ku-Damm ....

The guy sounds like the lead singer of Beirut, Zach Condon. We definitely need Beirut on RP! I'm totally amazed he's not on here, frankly. His music is similar to this.

Definitely agree.

When this first started, I thought we were going to have some Klezmer action! =P

Caratula del Album "Travelling the face of the globe"wowwwwwwwwwwwW!!
{#Notworthy} Love the way this song builds!
YET ANOTHER  song on RP that starts ordinary, and  builds into a stunner: 8!
This one pulled me out of a trance at work — wow.  I can hear the aforementioned Beirut comparisons; reminds me of old Burlap to Cashmere too.  Great song
