Weight is a funny thing in relation to individuals different body types.  Especially on display when you watch the MMA fights and they have these lightweight dudes (155lbs.) that are enormously muscled.  You're like, how does that guy only weigh 155 pounds?!{#Eek}  220 is my ideal weight as well, that is what my body naturally gravitates to when I am staying in shape and eating properly.

And because of improved nutrition, healthcare and numerous growth and performance enhancing drugs if we are not fat we are still big, ugly Americans!

I just had to return some shirts to LL Bean. They have finally succumbed to size creep. My new "large" was a good 1-2 inches bigger in every dimension than the exact same shirt in large from a couple years ago. The replacement Medium I got was close to the old large, but it's now about an inch to narrow across the shoulders. I'm apparently a non-standard size - skinny (relatively so), short (ish), apparently fairly broad shoulders, and I want the waist of my jeans to be somewhere close to the waist of my body (or at least above my hips).

They have cool silk shirts at Costco for $20 and the XL is way XL. By the way.

Mine is a Jason Agave. 99% of them are ugly as hell. I just happen to wander across the one good looking shirt they make.
