These quotes are from the 1920 republican platform. Do you really think he's 'a friend to Mexico'? or supportive of union labor? Or in favor of tax reform only after our obligations are covered? Equal pay and rights for all people? supporting the league of nations? fair housing and government support for people acquiring housing?
I don't see him as an 'old timey republican' by any stretch.
Hmm, other than supporting trump, coops and unions...these quotes seem to paint him as an old time republican?

Had to go look that one up. It's not quite correct, but not that much better. The extended quote is:
"
'I absolutely want to go back to the America where women couldn't vote.' Do you know why? Because in those days, we had people who fought for real social change and they were called Republicans. And they are the reason why women can vote today.
"
The problem of course, is that now he's really trying to give republicans of today credit for getting suffrage passed. Here's a few other snippets from the Repulblican party platform of the day:
"We favor a liberal and generous foreign policy founded upon definite moral and political principle, characterized by a clear understanding of and a firm adherence to our own rights, and unfailing respect for the rights of others."
Mexico got name checked:"The Republican party is a sincere friend of the Mexican people. In its insistence upon the maintenance of order for the protection of American citizens within its borders a great service will be rendered the Mexican people themselves; for a continuation of present conditions means disaster to their interests and patriotic aspirations."
"The Republican party stands for agreement among the nations to preserve the peace of the world."
farm labor: "The Republican party believes that this condition can be improved by: practical and adequate farm representation in the appointment of governmental officials and commissions; the right to form co-operative associations for marketing their products, and protection against discrimination; the scientific study of agricultural prices and farm production costs, at home and abroad, with a view to reducing the frequency of abnormal fluctuation"
industrial labor:"We recognize the justice of collective bargaining as a means of promoting good will, establishing closer and more harmonious relations between employers and employees and realizing the true ends of industrial justice."
taxes: "The burden of taxation imposed upon the American people is staggering; but in presenting a true statement of the situation we must face the fact that, while the character of the taxes can and should be changed, an early reduction of the amount of revenue to be raised is not to be expected."
There is a lot more, but this guy wouldn't be a Republican in 1920.

3 bankruptcies, several court cases for non-payment of his bills, tax liens for 7 years of non-filing... and the conservative BONUS item: admitted to paying for an abortion in 1989.
Make America Great Again!
MAGA - where you can fool all of the people all of the time.
You've got Laura Trump firing 60 of the ~210 people at the RNC...to "eliminate redundancies" with the Trump campaign.
I'm sure they have plans for the money saved.
His bills - present and future as the "find out" phase continues.
Or, to skirt the issue a bit, to help the Jan 6 hostages out once he pardons those convicted of seditious crimes and gets them back out on the street, scaffolding and all. Then Mike Pence better watch himself!
Sticking my neck out here to remind regular listeners that, near the beginning of Obama's presidency, I said, "Welcome to the end of the GOP." I'll amend that to add "as we know it" since I suspect the Trump-worshiping folks will still try to call themselves Republicans. Now, the folks who won't kiss the ring/feet/ass are wondering where they should go.
In the interim
